Q: Can you guarantee to make me money from this?
A: As a general rule our subscribers do very well indeed if they follow the staking plan as advised. There will always be months when we take a (usually small) loss, but these are offset against our longer term profit.

Q: How many tips will you provide, and when?
A: Regular subscribers will be aware that we do not post information daily, or when the quality of racing is such that a wager is not advisable. We tend to come into our own at midweek festival type meetings, of which there are plenty throughout the year. Our selections are ALWAYS online before 10am, and often they will be posted the night before, or even days in advance.

Q: Can I pay by cheque or money order?
A: We only use PayPal for payment online processing as it is safe, secure, and you have the additional benefit of thier Buyer Protection Scheme. You can pay using any credit or debit card, and we pay the fees.

Q: Can I pay by Bank Transfer?
A: We can accept payment via direct Bank Transfer for those who are not happy to set up a recurring payment, or if you do not have a PayPal account, although this can delay your access to the services. For full details, simply send a blank email to our administrators at: banktransfer@disltd.net.

Q: Can you provide me with recent statistics?
A: Our yearly stat's are published on the banner on our home page and recent advices are posted here. We regret that we are unable to furnish you with full spreadsheet style analysis as, quite frankly we could send you any set of figures. By posting recent bets on our website, they are visible for both current and prospective subscribers, and if we were posting incorrect data, we'd soon lose respect (and subscribers).

Q: I am not resident in the U.K but want my tips by SmS text message. Can you help?
A: In the majority of cases, yes we can, but we can only guarantee that UK mobiles will receive the information. If you'd like us to send you a test message to an overseas mobile, just contact us.
